He just loves the full stuff we bowl doesn't he? Takes everything from off stump to leg through midwicket and can drive through the off-side too.
We still don't seem to know how to bowl to him.

Siddle with another, Pietersen looked pretty loose all innings.

We're doing alright. What should we aim to restrict them too.

Watson bowls two tight overs and the pressure starts to mount. We can't have the likes of Starc letting the batsman get into the grove with loose deliveries.

Getting wickets is as much about building pressure than it is about bowling what is regarded as wicket taking deliveries.

Trott's the big one left, the others can surprise, but Trott's the one most likely to score a big ton. Gotta keep him down.

I like Starc's bowling but he does bowl a few loose ones and leaks alot of rune

Well it is looking like a great first day for us. Even though there is a long way to go it is a great start to the series.

Michael Holding actually laughed just now when he said Mitchell Starc had taken over from the spinner.

This is great TV. The English commentators are in complete denial and dis belief. I was going to bed 3 hours ago. I'll suffer in the morning but I'm glad I stayed up. Rogers and Watson getting some runs would top off a great day.

Bairstow was pretty impressive, copped a good ball from Starc.
Good job from the bowlers, now it's the batsmen's turn.

Watson goes then Cowan out first ball slashing, he's not even close to being a test standard player, I don't understand why we keep persisting with him.
