Re: I hope Cricket Australia is super rich!!!
I tend to agree with this going by people I know, reading social media and listening to the radio, and being like your favourite football side, when the team is down the bottom and struggling the masses stay away, only the real die hards hang on and alot of that has to do with the Australian cricket side being so dominant for so long, we as a societ simply expect to be winning imo.
I also agree though that the twenty/20 format is damaging the game in alot of aspects including what us again as a society expect from the game, watching for 3 hours could possibly be alot more acceptable to the part time supporter than a test and generations will become more demanding for the entertainment aspect of that which has to hurt test cricket in the long run which in effect will perhaps change ways kids develop in the future.
That said, I'm a cricket tragic and still enjoy watching today whether it be the Aussies playing in India or the South Africans taking on the Kiwis.
