Great stuff seeing Juve getting through, will put up a better fight than Real would have. Can't see Madrid taking a hit on Bale jyst yet, but their fans are the biggest flogs in world sport (a bunch of spoilt ungrateful pricks). Carlo deserves better than them too.

Yea he is a decent manager. I just think it's hard enough to get really good players to come, I think to get world class players we will need a world class manager. I don't think he is just yet.

Is 5th mid table? I thought 10 was half of 20, well it was where I went to school. Yours must've been different.

Mid table would be the 5th to 15th range IMO.

He's a decent manager, he's just crap at signing the right players.

You need a decent technical director to over see all your purchases.

Plus to get world class players you need to pay world class salaries, unfortunately you guys don't/can't do that anymore.

Yea the Salaries need to be looked at. I still think a big name Manager will go along way. Ian Ayre is part of the problem.

I'm agreeing with you Chef, it's your wording that needs some work. Some of the salaries some players at other teams are on are ludicrous but hopefully we get back to be able to pay more in the future.

Unfortunately the salaries are getting crazier and crazier, some talk Pobga's going to be taking home 300k+ when he moves wherever in the summer.
