And a great stumping to finish it off too. Those leg side stumpings can be a real bugger because you lose sight of the ball. All of a sudden it just appears from between the batsman's body and his bat. You have no idea about the bounce or pitch of the ball and you get no reaction time.
Haddin made it look easy. They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.Comment

Boy, I love test cricket.
I had just about given up hope early in the afternoon, but a fantastic last 2 hours of cricket. Hats off to the whole side, who all played an important role is a memorable victory.Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?Comment

Re: 1st Test v India - Adelaide Oval
I headed over to Adelaide for some of the test. Adelaide oval is absolutely magnificent and so well run - was my first time at the ground, and I'd always wanted to go to a test there. I will be back there for sure - and if possible, will make it an annual event.Comment

Test cricket as it should be, with both teams trying to win the match. Wonderful spectacle.
I know a lot of people are tsk tsk-ing it, but I loved the banter between Warner/Watson and the Indians after the no-ball incident. I remember walking past one of my bosses one afternoon on my way out and being a little abrupt with him after having a particularly bad day that was totally out of my control. I went to apologise to him the next day and he simply said "No need, son. I love to see my people passionate about what they do". Both teams were really in the game and there was some fire in the belly after a tumultuous couple of weeks for cricket. Loved every second of it.Comment
