Sherman, Akermanis, and Moles just for a start were all mature recruits and known quantities. They were also dickheads of the highest order and didn't pretend to be otherwise. We recruited them all during that era and had to exit them all in messy circumstances (at least Moles was low profile enough not to be noticed).

Plenty of players throw up before games. Nick Riewoldt and Glen Archer to name just a couple who have mentioned it in public. I doubt it was the only thing keeping Moles from having a far more successful career.

I reckon Rocket was talking specifically about Tasmanian dickheads when he mentioned the "no dickheads" rule but pretty much everyone we've mentioned is a Tasmanian.
