    I think Grigg will become a fan fave very quickly based upon her highlights footage. Those tackles - phew, yes please. Let’s hope we hire a great coach and can improve the culture asap.

          Re: Aflw 2022/2023

          I think I've discovered the special strategy our list manager has employed in his draft selections this year to get players who will want to stay at the club:

          1. KLWT and her family are Western Bulldogs fans;
          2. Brooke Barwick's junior club in Tassie are the Claremont Bulldogs;
          3. Elaine Grigg's club in SA are the Central District Bulldogs;
          4. Cleo Buttifant's junior club in Wagga are the Turvey Park Bulldogs;
          5. Jorja Borg is from the Western Bulldogs VFLW team and has played at the South Croydon Bulldogs.

          He had to try something; maybe this will work!

              We also brought in Ahrens, Smith, McKee, Gavalas, Laloifi through trades.

                  Re: Aflw 2022/2023

                  Ok so I may have sparked a little more interest for next year. The newer players should in theory should have better skills then those before them with a constant pathway to Senior football.
                  So with a new coach and some more skilled players I'll jump back on the bandwagon but if we don't see the team become more stable that feeling will soon change.
                  It's hard to invest in a team if the players don't lets hope with the expansion ending we can get that stability across all teams.

                        Lets hope that a revamped Doggies AFLW Footy department can help get the most out these players.

                          No coach still so that’s a set back from the start . I wonder who’s running the coaching show atm .

                            What would they (the coach) be running?

                            Given the season doesn't start for 9-10 months I'm not sure there'd be much happening.

                              Setting up players to a game plan and how to train for it, getting them fit, training program to suit the position they will play . Getting them used to who they will be playing with as far as lines are concerned.
                              That all takes time and is based on a coaches ideas and game.
                              I’m not sure if they play in lower grades during winter but if they do you don’t want them playing in the backline when you want them learning to play forward.
                              Getting all your programs set up .. apps etc for each player to follow the plan .
                              To me 9-10 months isn’t far away when you have a whole new set up .
                              Half a team will be in a new environment also.

                                This reads like an agenda for a professional AFLM team. I don't think any of this is happening for months now. From what I can find their pre-season starts late May/early June
