This could be as serious as the man city breaches and the AFEL would find a way to sweep it under the rug.
In fact, if it dates back to 2004 then they clearly have been doing just that.Comment

Yeah, if this is legit it will amount to sweet FA and the Cats will just continue to be spoon fed fixture advantages, free agency and trade wins, government funding etc. There's a reason they make top 4 every single year and it's not Chris Scott (though he is a great coach and likely getting paid outside the soft cap in some way).Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.Comment

Is that the article from him that says the AFEL fined them $40,000 of an administrative error over GST not included in payment management fees? Which Geelong self reported?
Or is there a new bigger version of the story.
