I think no matter what, if a team is good enough, the draw is their least concern. The main thing for us is trying to get supporters to games and make some money.

Looks an OK draw given we don't play the teams who should be challenging twice (outside of Geelong).

The 6 day breaks is a real issue though. I'd like to know how other sides field in this issue, we seem to get screwed by it every year ... and there's quite a few in this one.

This summary of each team's draw has the 6 day break info you are after. Only St Kilda has more 6 day breaks than us.

Our draw is rated the 5th most difficult, the 4 teams with harder draws - the top 4 from 2011!

I would have rathered the harder teams twice. I was hoping for Geelong, Collingwood and Hawthorn twice as it would have been a fantastic learning experience for the boys. Getting Geelong twice is great.

          • 2 Games on Friday. I guess we should be grateful for that.
          • Sunday 3:15? What's the go with these slots? Are they on FTA or Foxtel?
          • Happy with the Darwin game.
          • Home game against Port Adelaide at 4:40PM on a Sunday is going to be a disaster!

The Age writer conducting this survey used very dodgy statistics indeed to arrive at his conclusion.

In terms of difficulty of the Draw the most significant fact is who of the top 5 teams do we play twice.

3.15 games are FTA, they're starting later so Seven can show them live and still go straight into their news.

Well I guess that's a good thing then. Usually we're lumped into the Foxtel Sunday games which no one watches.

It sucks as a fan going to the game though.

You can't really judge the draw until the end of the season anyway as last years form doesn't mean much.

We seem to play a lot of Saturday night games to, which I like as a mainly TV viewer. And 11 Sunday games is good for me.
