I'm suprised they kept that detail of stats back then. Maybe Schultz counted them himself?

1965 was when they started keeping detailed stats.

Racked up 40 against Melbourne in 1966.

Club legend, and Brownlow medalist. Rucked for Victoria many times, one of the games greatest.

There must have been the mother of all gales blowing that day at Whitten Oval - We won 11.5.71 to 7.8.50, however we failed to score at one end, while Melbourne managed just 4 points to that end!

Maybe tables = tackles? Although having a peek at the table there are 2 players by my calculations that are no longer on an AFL in that stat.
