                Maybe it was, in a weird way. They got everyone to tune in, and then say Hurley isn't talking to Worsfold. So now 17 clubs know he's going to leave and now they can step up their offer to them & Hurley. Maybe the charade was a strategy to drive up his trade value in a subtle way?

                Either way he's got to be leaving Essendon after hearing/reading that, and we've put in the most work and media drums are beating that equals Hurley a dog 2017 and beyond. Interesting times ahead.
