Giving up over 100 points is the story, carless with ball in hand and particularly poor ahead of the ball. Did Naughty just play one of the worst AFL games of the season? It's hard to fathom the difference between his best/worst he is becoming one of the more frustrating bulldogs players I can remember. Last week he was excellent.

Love the endeavour late, any chance of deliberate/ holding the ball when walking it over the line?

JOD a little iffy with ball in hand on a few occasions but being played in the same position 3 weeks straight has really seen him take a big step forward.

Loved Libba and Ed again they are both having a cracking year.
I feel Naughton is going to be inconsistent for another month or two. His preseason was dog shit and more and more preseason counts.

GCS were always going to be smarting after such a poor effort last week. It's up to us now to come out smarting against an inconsistent EFC after a game that we could have won if we were a bit cleaner and ruthless.

Fantasy/ DreamTeam points are funny. Apparently we had the eight most influential players on the ground from their point of view - but according to Beveridge we gave up 70 points from the turnover with our issues in that part of the game evident throughout.

Move on quickly, get back to being tidy and efficient, and smash the Bombers and we're 7-4. All of us would have been pretty happy with that given what we've faced to this point, especially with a good percentage.
      TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Ive a bad feeling we'll lose 3 on the trot. Fatigued from the Darwin game next week and then 5 day turnaround to play at the shithole is brutal scheduling. Thanks AFEL. 2%off is all it takes to lose to almost any other team in today's competition.

I listened to the last 5 minutes and sounds like with 1.5minutes to go, we were clear with the ball and Gallgher with a chance to past to Lobb on his own kicked it out on the full? Hard to tell from the radio? Is that true? because he needs a kick up the arse for his poor disposal.

          Also, who was subbed out?

Yes but I think we're strong enough this year, and getting better, to finish off the rest of the season well.
I'm not giving in to anxiety about wobbles.
This is it, we'll do some damage this season.

Id have to go back at look at it Bornadog, Gags was in congestion and threw it on the boot at a stoppage from memory and went on the full. I did hear he might have done his knee in the last contest?

Vanders was subbed he had a sore calf at 3 quarter time.

Just took a look at the last 2 minutes.

Gallagher just slammed the ball on his foot and it went out on the full.

I'll have to have another look at it, though it was a bit of a moment.

We had a lot of players being checked medically in the second half and I felt that unsettled us a bit.

Need to see a replay to understand what was going on as it was a bit of a blur to me as I had old mates over and we spent the night laughing and yelling at each other, with the footy playing second fiddle.

Horrible game to watch. I wasn't expecting a miracle in the last, so I wasn't disappointed- it's called self preservation!

On the bright side we ran a good team close with a lot of players having poor games.
Get rid of the turnovers and we would have won.

Seesaw? We were in front the whole game. They kicked the last 2 when it was over.
I’ll give you Carlton vs 4 close losses against this season.
We rarely win ugly yet opposition sides do against us.

We were coming from a ways back against GCS last night. They should have closed us out.

I get we had our chances, but that was one they'd have been disappointed to let slip if we managed to take the opportunities we earned, they gave us.

It would have been a theft, but we handed them most of their opportunities with poor turnovers. Most of our scores were from stoppages.

Scores from stoppages is our scoring MO this year.

100%. I think GC also score a lot from stoppage though, so the fact that we shut that down but handed them scores from turnover was very frustrating.
