Our talls aren't good enough in the air or by foot. Some can do one, but not the other.

Pretty much sums it up. That is the main difference as well as decision making.
I like the Shaq but he needs to take those marks same with Gardner.

Weightman needs to stop going to ground and playing for free kicks. It's the reason why I wouldn't have picked him tonight. It became a bad habit last year and it has continued in the preseason.
