That win should build BELIEF. We did it the HARD way, with true guts. I'm too exhausted to process how we did it other than to say we showed TRUE BULLDOG SPIRIT. Well done Dogs. That was a huge turnaround after half time. We were a five goal better side if we had taken our ops.

Well done. Great work to stop their run. Whatever we did it worked. It is purely in the head.

So the key is to only let the run start with the quarter nearly over and to arrange for rain.

JJ back to HB and going well. It’s interesting what happens when you play players in their natural positions.

Bolton has made players better than JJ look stupid. He is a freak when he is on.

Bolton is the type of player who can tear you up if you give me half a meter. He even kicked it on his none preferred foot ( I think his a left footer). How in the world he got free was ridicolous.

Watching fwd entry after fwd entry to packs, or 3-1 contest to Naughton, I am totally convinced now we have no idea how to setup on fwd entries. We had 9 -2 fwd entries in the last quarter at one stage . Its just soOOO frustrating to watch.

No kicking the ball to a 1-1 lead, no bringing the ball down to the crumbers.

And Iour goal kicking still sucks.

That won does not fill me with confidence. It’s covering over the same problems - bad defence on transition, 10m brain fades and poor midfield-forward line connection. Still just bobbing it to a pack mark on naughton.

I hope we stick with him. I have a feeling his one player who will get better with more games under his belt. I want to see him unlock that electric talent and shine on the big stage.
