Super excited to try out the functionality with phone use (especially iPhone) as I imagine most people engage in that medium.

No doubt it will be better at converting posts into winners unlike some of our forwards.

It's still a few days off and hasn't quite progressed like I hoped for so we will be having a MS teams meeting tomorrow to try and get the visuals sorted a bit better. Fingers crossed

Well we are getting close to the relaunch of WOOF.
We have given a few members an advanced look and we will try and implement their feedback.
If anyone with some IT background or those who think they could add some feedback are interested, please feel free to contact me.

We will hopefully close the forum for a few hours on Tuesday and the new site will then be available.
Thanks for you patience with some of the challenges with the older format.

I reached out to G and I've provided some feedback on what I've seen of the new and improved site.
The new site is starting to get a better look too it and there are some new features that are good ones but as he pointed out we will lose some others. I'm prepared to look at the brighter side of things plus if we all jump in and stay active the site will be around for a while to come.
The mobile phone app looks to be a far better experience.
One or two issues are still to be sorted from what I understand.
It looks okay on Safari

Oh I didn't see those unread notifications. That might make finding new posts easier.

I just checked it on mobile and think it's better there for sure. Also some of the issues I had initially have gone so that appears to have been a quick fix. I've figured out how the image posting works (pretty much the same as before so impossible to some of you) and there are some handy QOL changes

I found the “new post” button quite quickly. It’s intuitive and while it’s a different look and feel, promises to make life reading and posting from the phone easier (which is all I do). Big tick from me.

Thanks G, looking great. Is there an actual phone app, or when people say phone app are they talking about accessing WOOF through their internet browser on phone?
