Re: The official Sam Reid/Daniel Currie Memorial Eker Thread
Where would BTC sit as an eker if he managed to land a spot at another club after a single year stint at the Saints? Averaging 5.5 games a season and starting next year as his eleventh on a list across three clubs is magnificent eker territory as it is, another club with not many games contributed between now and then could really do a lot for his profile in these parts.TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.Comment

I think being an ‘ultimate utility’ certainly helps if you want to be an eker. You don't develop courage by being happy in your relationships every day. You develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity. ― EpicurusComment

So would Minson. Actually so would Ed Barlow as 2nd ruck relief/time trial spoiler for Crossy, but I may be biased in that assessment as I was the last person left standing on the Ed Barlow bandwagon (even Ed jumped off before I did)."Look at me mate. Look at me. I'm flyin'"Comment

Re: The official Sam Reid/Daniel Currie Memorial Eker Thread
Tom Campbell is either re-signed, or expected to re-sign, with St Kilda.
Stat from Useless AFL Stats:
Blicavs v Campbell. Mark Blicavs (Geelong) and Tom Campbell (W Bull/Nth M/St Kilda) are both 31 this year and have both taken the field in 10 seasons of AFL.
For players with 10+ seasons Mark Blicavs has the highest average games per season of an AFL player at 22.7 per season whilst Campbell has the lowest at 5.6 per season.
For Blicavs to ensure top spot next season he will need to play a minimum 18 games whilst Campbell will need to play a maximum 10 to retain last. There nearest challengers are Jake Lloyd (200 games/9 seasons) and Andrew Phillips (62 games/10 seasons)Comment
