That's how I've read it, too.

I caught brief patches of the first half - was great to see him kick a goal and had applied about 4/5 tackles in the opening quarter. Hope he continues to go well.

GCS took Darcy two picks or so before us. Could we have made a nomination? Possibly, but another small player on our list wouldn't have made sense. Just the wrong time for us. Maybe they can package he and Jaeger together for a trade to us later this year?

Not really the same size: 183cm & 84kgs v 174cm & 72kgs. Also completely different players.

I think the decision would have been more so trading a Honeychurch or Hrovat if we thought Darcy was a better prospect than them.
