I still think at this level, Jong has to get more of the ball before he should be considered for an upgrade. 20 disposals should have been 30 disposals. I know it's not quantity and should be quality, but as an inside midfielder you need to get more than that.
But we don't need him to rack up possessions, we have Wallis, Macrae, Bont & Dahlhaus to do that.. We need another big bodied player in the middle to 'crack in'.

Heard him on radio over the weekend. Is clearly a very intelligent person and would not surprise me if he ended up in coaching post career. Hoping he is still able to forge a career after the numerous set backs.
