Dumb jokes aside, that is a very, very strong VFL side. I don't want to sound cocky, but Peter German will have his work cut out this weekend. I fear a blowout is on the cards. Might be worth going down to see how many Boyd can bag.

Smith name being mentioned as a potential rookie list upgrade and yet named on the bench for Footscray even allowing for the extra players I would have thought he really should have been on the back line somewhere.

Four of the listed defenders are also in the WB squad so if any of them play ( at least one has to) then Roarke comes on.

One over here! I might have to go check it out. I meant to go to this game last year, but a tequila and beer tasting afternoon got in the way...
