We can't get it out of the centre and our forward forays are very poor. Really disappointing after listening to Hansen at qtr time who told the boys to play the conditions and they clearly didn't. Wind a bit of a factor to the end Coburg kicked to that qtr.

Tom Boyd notably absent from the scorers list. Would have been good for him to get his hands on a few and build some confidence

We simply blew it in the second quarter. The umpiring was bizarre at times, with things like strong defensive marks being dubiously overturned due to "hands in the back" and, not only that, but 50m penalties an gosls being awarded. Also, down field turnover frees from scuffles behind play being awarded against us etc.

Coburg got their tails up and our guys got distracted. They were also pretty flattened by it all. Big Will was constantly remonstrating with the umpires and showed poor composure and leadership.

We simply went to water in the second term. Disappointing because it will cost us dearly with ladder position.
