Yep, has to be a mental block. Surely a bloke can't cop an injury every time they take the field.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

He was one of the better players on the ground for the first three quarters and did stay on in the ground during the last quarter, he just wasn't as effective.

          Re: Footscray Practice Matches 2016

I made comment in my first post in this thread that Lynch came off the ground in the third quarter against Collingwood with what appeared to be a bad ankle injury. He had to hobble off the ground and to be honest, I thought he had done some real damage. I seen him last night at the pre-season launch and he appeared to be fine - he certainly wasn't limping or favouring one leg over the other. Interesting to hear that a couple of the players rate him to make an impact this year.

Smads Bevo also rates him also. When interviewed earlier this year the interviewer mentioned when will we upgrade Adcock, Bevo played a straight bat but also threw in Lynch may also get a game towards the end of 2016.

Who is going to Whitten oval this week? I will be there.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

A win last week and this week in the VFL. Might be very early still but sounds like our ressies are in for another strong season.
