    Yeah some kids take a bit of time adjusting from playing against guys their own age in the under 18's comp to VFL playing against seasoned men. Once they realise that they are capable of competing at the level that's when they start to blossom.

    I think Porter is one of those types and he'll start to show what he can do before to long.

    And then there's players like Declan Hamilton that just aren't good enough.
    They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

      I think in those two particular players' cases we've overhyped them as a combination of coming from a non-typical pathway (everyone but our recruiters are stupid you see) and having achieved some height of success very quickly (Greene kicking 5 in his second-or-so-game, Porter being taken to Freo).
