Any interest in James Jordon? Only 22, qualifies as a free agent after being moved to the rookie list at one stage. Sometimes on the selection fringes but we have seen with Baker even a guy that doesn't get picked at all at Melbourne can be pretty solid.

Well he would be worth consideration. He was regularly picked ahead of Baker by Melbourne.

My take on Jordon is that he is more inside mid, and would probably only leave the Dees for greater opportunity.

Liam Stocker is showing what he is capable of at the Saints with a strong start to the year. Although we don't really have a role for him, I thought he was worth a chance.

I would prefer a speedy outside mid. We are ok for inside mids

I thought Jordan had played mostly wing/forward? He was drafted as an outside mid.

You might be right. I was mostly going off the game against the Swans from round 3 but have never watched him closely.

                    15 CBAs.
                    21 disposals (only 6 contested).
                    3 tackles.

Dees fans have him pegged as a defense mid

I'm not sure he's be interested in us if he's only going to be fringe again. We're certain to take at least one mid at draft time this year with a high pick

McKay would suit our needs in terms of size and position played and would allow us to stagger the retirements of Jones and Keath when the time comes and at the same time allowing Busslinger time to learn his trade. Doedee for me is the priority as he is Dale Morris re-incarnated, competitive and able to play on the small and mid type forwards and the natural replacement for Duryea when his time is up.

McKay averages about 7 games per year for his $800k cost. I'd rather look elsewhere for that coin

A lot of media speculation that Essendon hasn’t put an offer to Mason Redman yet and Crows are getting more and more confident.

Doedee suddenly becomes a little more obtainable.
More of an In Bruges guy?
