Any reports on this? I forgot to record the game on my IQ : (
Big win by the Seagulls who handled the conditions far better than Werribee. Interesting that both sides could have 5 players on the bench today but Nathan Thompson was running late due to TV duties.

O'Keefe should expect a finger point form Eade this week, asking him to come into his office.
Maybe even Reid too.

I went to the reserves game with the idea that after the game finished I'd go straight to Docklands to watch the Bulldogs - unfortunately Willy's torrential weather got the better of me and I'm now all flu-ed up.
Mulligan, Boumann, Shaw, Lynch and White all played reserves - I've was relieved when I didn't see Wood out there.
Mulligan played deep defensively and looked very, very rusty - that being said the conditions didn't suit the big men at all. He really struggled when the ball hit the ground, he was lead to the ball at times and his disposal was pretty shocking. I'm sure he's glad to get that one out of the way.
Boumann played at CHB and was ok - fumbled a little bit but still spoiled well. He also floated forward and could've kicked a goal but slammed it into the post.
Shaw battled hard all day and was good in the clinches. He also worked around the ground, picking up touches. I'd like to see him get a run in the seniors but it'll all depend on whether Skipper can keep up his form as the single ruckman.
Lynch really should've excelled in these conditions where a little bit of class goes a long way, but again he faded out of the game. He fumbled at crucial times but then he'd do something nice - continues to frustrate.
Henry White was a stand out - IMO the classiest midfielder on the ground. When he got the ball he made good decisions, be it kicking it well or using his speed to break a tackle and hand off to a team mate. I like the way he is developing - he is quick and has good balance. I wanted the ball in his hands which is always a good sign. Another one I'd like to see get a run in the seniors, will all depend on him keeping his form up and waiting for his shot. One to watch for sure.
I've probably been a little harsh - the conditions were horrid and that should be taken in to account. If I had to rank them on that game it'd be.
1. White
2. Shaw
3. Boumann
4. Lynch
5. Mulligan
