    Williamstown vs Sandringham Burbank Oval

I'm tempted to go see this game - nothing better than a long drive from Springvale to the Western Suburbs and stand around watching footy in the freezing cold

I will try and get there too.

How is this for a weekend - Golf Saturday morning, straight to Williamstown for the footy. Golf Sunday morning/ afternoon (finish at about 4pm). Hop in the car and head straight to ES for the Dogs game.

Lucky I have some credits in the bank with the wife.

Cam Wight is playing VFL reserves in his 7th season in the AFL system - for his sake, I hope he has some other irons in the fire because AFL is not going to be his meal ticket for much longer.

Knowing his luck, he's hoping his Lehman Brothers portfolio turns around, and spread his risk profile last year by buying a stake in a Pontiac dealership.

He is listed in the interchange from for the main team so is a good chance to play for them once the Bulldog players drop out.

Agree that the signs don't look to good for him.

I think Wight will play seniors - here's my take on what the possible final Willy team will look like. If Tim Callan doesn’t come up then Langlands will probably get a run – a small for a small.

Or I could be way off (most likely)

Interesting that Lynch isn’t named in either side – maybe he came down with something after playing in the horrid conditions last week, as I can’t recall him coming off with injury? Either way he really needs to start making an impact soon or otherwise we may see another wasted talent leaving the kennel ath the end of the year.

I'm only near the end of season 3, so still got 2 and a bit to go. Drawing it out to make it last longer. Omar's my new hero, my new Swearengen for any Deadwood fans.

Sorry that was totally off topic, um Cam Wight's gone, Burbank, Wind and rain, Sandringham...

Is there much parking near the ground? I'm probably going to be rushing to get there for the start.
