The fightback rally. Turning up, not sure if there would be 50 or 60 people there, and seeing the 10000 others who weren't going to let the club die.
Beating Essendon in 1985 when they seemed unbeatable. 30 degree day in April, crowd packed in, after so many miserable years, realizing we had a team that could play finals. Later that year, beating Hawthorn to tie down 2nd spot..Steve McPherson kicking a wet heavy ball 50 meters to do it.
The first time I took each of my babies, dressed to the nines in their size zero bulldogs jumpers to the ground (sometimes they wish I hadn't)
The atmosphere at training, whenever we've made the finals
Standing where my father and grandfather once stood to barrack for them ...
