This is what it should be.

Agreed, but the devil is in the detail of calculating the value of players. We've all seen how well the AFL evaluates players on numerous occasions, and our club has seen the discrepancy between these evaluations in the Harbrow (Campbell Brown) and Ward (Tom Scully) scenarios.
      TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

I wonder if the draft order may be changed in the next few weeks if the Crows get a big slap.....

Might be a bigger slap now! The Crows have admitted they paid Kurt Tippett's brother to move to Adelaide and play SANFL, and didnt realise that this may be a breach of 3rd party payments...

Two big Clangers by the Crows. CEO looking over shoulder.

Surely they can't plead ignorance on this. Do they think the football world is stupid? You would have to be a fool to not know that paying a players brother to play state league would come under the salary cap. What was the difference withe Scully & his dad?

GWS put it out front and centre and didn't try to hide it.

Adelaide are in all sorts over this one.

                  MASSIVE dramas at the Crows

"Allegedly" John Reid offered Tippett $200,000 pa in guaranteed 3rd party payments, and if the sponsors couldnt be found to cover the $200k then the Crows would cover the rest.

The silly thing is, supposedly the Crows had room in their cap for this

I can see their superstar CEO Stephen Trigg leaving the club as well, because if he did know he endorsed salary cap cheating, and if he didnt know then how could he miss a lazy $200k from the piggy bank

Apparently Diesel Williams was suspended for half a season when his 3rd party payments where exposed, so i can see the Swans today ignoring TP completely

                    Whackety whack whack whack.

The degree that they've gone to to get this deal done could see the penalties outweigh Carlton's 2002 sanctions, the way they're going.

Rumors coming through that Adelaide will not be able to take part in this years draft at all. Meaning our picks will move up one.

Most likely they will lose early picks but they have to still be able to draft or promote from the rookie list a minimum of 3 players.
That could every well be from pick 60 onwards thus eliminating them the better regarded talent.

So the AFL pick a draft point and say no picks under that ?

I wonder if it will be just one year or multiple, didn't Carlton get multiple years they couldn't draft.
Listened to SEN the other day they said this was nowhere near as bad as CArlton.
