Perhaps hints at truth behind the talk he's a bit sore. Williams doing a bit of work in the ruck, perhaps looking at Cordys spot?

That's what I think but Greystache might be right. Maybe the conditions?

He didn't miss a pre season game (i think), they may just want to give him a rest.

What chance is there of one of the papers tomorrow will have the headline of 'String theory confirmed'?

He might be. I just heard a rumour one of our mid sized forwards might be in doubt.

He was noticeable wasn't he. Going to be a real handful once his strength and fitness builds up.

Probably needs to tighten up his kicking technique a touch, but only slightly to make his leg a real weapon.
                TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Thought Tommy looked ok too. 2nd game back? 3rd? He could walk in to CHF at the moment for mine.

If Tommy wasn't made of glass, I could see him play the 2nd tall/ruck relief role and replace Cordy. Much more intensity, works hard on the lead.

For those not at the ground they were doing alot of massage work on Stringer during the last quarter. 5 mins on 5 mins massage. He had a cracker but I'm happy to build him up in the magoos for a few more weeks as he needs the time to build his fitness slowly. No point in breaking him by rushing him upto AFL level.

Agree, in contrast I think Macrae looks just about ripe for the picking, far too good for VFL level

                          Agree. Looks a class above.

Silky skills, ball magnet, can win a contest, and can kick a goal. I think he'll play next week.

Given we have a bit of "same-same"ness to our midfield rotations and our mid sized forwards, it might be time for a hard call to be made to get him in anyway.

Dickson, Gia & Higgins would want to turn it on tomorrow considering there's a chance they're playing for 2 spots.

Yeah he definitely offers something we lack. His form in both games warrants selection. I'd leave out the poorest performer out of those 3 barring injury. I suppose another option is to add him to the midfield rotation and leave out a Smith, Stevens, etc but wouldn't be my first preference.
