Just called in at the Mona Castle on the way home and saw literally every listed player hanging out. Because I am not a cop they were all super friendly and well behaved.

Nice. Yeah will have to check it out the Mona when I’m in the area again.

Definitely not a Porterhouse too, but Scotch is a better cut so that's a win

Like others have said mate you might be better off working your way down to medium and then medium rare.

Speaking of pubs, big fan of the Great Western Ballan. Has this cool esoteric decade undefinable vibe. Is it 60s, 70s wait there's a phone from the 50s!

Best Sunday roast I've had in Australia. We really suck at them. Usually terrible veg (some steamed crap).

This was proper roast pumpkin, potato, cauliflower, carrot with green beans, brocollini and superb Lamb.

Highly recommend.

I went to the Mona Castle today. Great to have a drink there. Famous 100 year old pub in Seddon. Hopefully next time I go there I might see some Dogs players.

In 1989 I lived in a share house just down the street from the Mona. First time I went there with my dad he told me a story about the first time with his dad. As they walked up the street a bloke went flying the one of the one of the (closed) window of the front bar, hit the footpath and did a barrel roll up onto his feet and took off down the street. As they walked through the door my grandad turned to my dad and said "we might just have the one and head somewhere else"

I was born March 1989 Very different nowadays Footscray, Seddon and Yarraville. Quite wild from the sound of it a long time ago TD. I think you also mentioned something that happened a very long time outside the Railway in Yarraville.
