I think it's a good decision given we only have 2 genuine quicks.
They'll probably bat for another 50 maybe 60 minutes tomorrow and have a lead of well above 530.

I wouldn't be comfortable giving Pakistan a target of 500 and 2 days to chase it given the first test
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

The pitch is deteriorating. I guess the rationale is we didn't want to bat last.

Because its hot and better to give the bowlers the afternoon off and then start fresh first thing in the morning.

Pakistan collapsed, but the early part of the innings was a bit of a grind and but for the great run out from Swepson and the false shot from the opener it really could easily have been 0-80. 6 sessions on a deteriorating pitch with the ball reversing and spinning should be ample.

Starc's hatrick ball was an absolute peach - Ryan Harrisesque except it didn't get a wicket!

While I still like our chances it's a fantastic fightback but Pakistan. Not sure why we didn't push the lead by another 30 before declaring.

Yeah I mean I would have batted longer. Their run rate was atrocious today but if they had another 50 runs on the board, with only 2 down you'd give them a 50/50 shot at winning

3 wickets to win, but a couple of dropped catches has not helped. Only a few overs remaining

What a great effort from Pakistan. Felt for Babar, he so deserved a double century.
I will never see #16 the same!!
