Once again I admire the ambition and appreciate all the effort that goes into it but it was poorly done and we paid a price on the field last year for it. I guess we learn a lot along the way.

The replacement facilities while the work was being completed left us at a distinct disadvantage.
Players training at a hard surface at Skinner, a makeshift gym back at the WO and the VFL side not having a home ground for the season weren't well planned or thought out options if you look at it from giving the side the best chances.
