Typical Old Trafford non-penalty for NUFC, cannot fathom how VAR didn't pick that up. Cheating.

Hopefully we can hold on for seventh or get our way back into sixth with a bit of luck. Only ourselves to blame irrespective of injuries when you consider our defensive lapses all year.

The use of VAR will be looked at for next season, ie whether they continue using it.

PGMOL is the real issue, not VAR. If used correctly and independently it'd be fine.

Are Chelsea and Man U for that matter not working to the same budget as they were a few years back?
For so many years top 4 was just about a guaranteed result.

Man U is shoddy ownership. Lots of standing still and complacency in operations has seen the club massively fall behind the 8 ball. Player spending has been more than high enough but has been extremely misguided and mismanaged. That should hopefully change soon.

I think competition is a lot deeper now, it used to be the big 4 raffling it now there are 8 teams competing for those spots.

We've also gone a different route. Under Roman is was just buy established world class players, under the Yanks we are going down the youf path trying to build a group to come through together.
