Didn't think of the flag colours. But I will be barracking for them too.

      BLATTER RULES OUT 'PENALTY GOALS'

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has rejected any possibility of 'penalty goals' being brought in following Luis Suarez's handball that denied Ghana a World Cup semi-final place.

Blatter did say however that any law changes being considered as a result of the Uruguay striker's actions would be discussed at the International FA Board in October.

Apart from 'penalty goals' there have also been calls for tougher disciplinary action for deliberate handballs.

Blatter also clarified that the October meeting would be the first discussion of goal-line technology rather than, as initially suggested by FIFA, later this month.

Forlan with another great goal. Has to be one of the stories of this world cup. He has been sensational. He had a difficult time at Manchester United, but has been a goal scoring machine for both Villarreal and Atletico Madrid. Will be interesting to see if the big clubs come knocking again. He is 31, but you would think he has a couple of years of great football ahead of him.

Mueller, also with five goals in six games for the tournament. Only 20! This time last year, no one had heard of him. What a rise to fame. Germany did miss him against Spain.

61st minute & a glorious opportunity for the Dutch. A great through ball ffrom Sneidjer to Robben who went one on one with the goalie but failed to beat him. Great work by Casillas to make himself 'big'.

              Re: FIFA World Cup 2010

Spain dominating possession, but the Dutch looking more dangerous when they actually get forward. Robben's pace a concern for the Spanish defence.

Nice effort by Puyol not to get carded or foaled and impede Robbens run at the goalie.

That was a different piece of play.

The one TCD is referring to was a clear 1 on 1 between Robben and the keeper.

One of those yellow cards was going to come back to bite Holland on the backside. A 2nd yellow to Hietinger & he sees red!

Yeah I know, I was speaking about a another piece of play involving the same Dutch player.
