99.9% certain Conte will be Chelseas next manager.

Very happy with that. Very good manager who also excels at intergrating youth, which is what we need with our academy starting to bear fruit.

I wonder why Guus doesn't like hanging around? I know he always makes it clear that he's doing the job short term both times but he will manage somewhere but not in the EPL. Is it he doesn't want football to be an all consuming part of his life? I can understand that, you need balance.

Hes retiring at the end of the season. Apparently his wife is pretty pissed as he was meant to be touring India atm and shes had enough of them having to sleep in separate bedrooms as hes up all night watching dvds.
