    Keep sacking away!

They went to a back 4 and used two wing backs as full backs.
Toon had a field day. CL spots are worth a heap are t they?

I think its worth around 40m, but its also important to have to attract top tier talent.

Yeah their set up was shocking. None of their players look interested in putting any pressure on and you guys just waltzed through. Loved the smile on Murphy when he scores haha.

So Ange Postecoglu is heading to Spurs as their new manager. I am pretty happy with this appointment. It could blow up like a Nuno Espirante shaped turd, but I don't think it will. Ange is a no bullsh*t manager and will bang a few heads in the Spurs dressing room. Hard working players will get their rewards and he will thin the squad. He is what Spurs need for the next couple of years.

Rapt that Ange got the Spurs gig. With him being a massive Carlton fan, i was worried he'd consider taking over from Vos. Then i'd have to hate him.

Will be interesting to see who wins the race to taking over Man Utd. Sir Jim Ratcliffe or Sheikh Jassim.

We are desperate to get the Glazers out. Sir Jim winning would mean the Glazers would stay as minority shareholders as he is intending on buying 69% of the club. Sheikh Jassim winning would be a 100% takeover.

Lots of watching the Man Utd share price on the stock exchange.

150m made in a day. Not a bad effort in our fire sale this window, plus the tin foil hat brigade are out in force over the Saudi moves. A real change is coming to world football.

Tonali to Toons is a great get, a big boy move that we'll see more of from now on.

                        Gunners with some big bids

Arsenal close to ?65m Havertz agreement

Arsenal are close to an agreement with Chelsea over the signing of Kai Havertz.

The deal is understood to be worth up ?65m. Personal terms in place and not expected to be a problem.

Chelsea are understood to be satisfied with the deal as Havertz had made it clear he wanted to leave.

Meanwhile, positive negotiations continue with West Ham over Declan Rice.

The clubs are working on a fee and structure. Arsenal had a club record bid worth ?90m rejected on Tuesday.

Only when there is a degree of certainty on incomings in midfield will Arsenal sanction any departures.

Bayer Leverkusen remain optimistic of signing Granit Xhaka and it’s thought Arsenal will also make a decision on Thomas Partey’s future.

Havertz is a really strange signing, happy for you guys to take him off our hands.

                          Nkunku should fill that hole.

Bidding war between City and Arsenal for Rice goes above 100m.

                              Player prices nowadays are ridiculous.

Up to 105 after City bid 90. Even Chelsea are interested but want West Ham to delay until they have the cash. Is he that good?

Arsenal after some big signings including Timber.
