We've made 200m in player sales in the last 12 months and been able to bank to windows worth of buying, always going to happen.

Plus the wages we have shed with a few veterans leaving.

Im just wrapped we aren't blowing it and are buying top shelf talent. We'll make a pkay for Declan Rice before the window is over, but thats one for next summer.

How come you guys can have a Russian mobster and we can't have Saudis?

Because the Saudis pirate the EPL telecast into their country so the FA wont let them have a team.

Beoutq has good reception though. 4k and all. I guess if you're in bed with the corrupt Qatar you've already made your decision.
The Premier League knew about beoutq at the start too. It's been going for years....and the Saudis have their fingers all over Sheffield United.
The time it took has set the team back a long way. Loan players like Lazaro and Rose gone. Ashley has even less than no ambition now. Relegation assured.

Massive off season. Buying up talent when most clubs can’t/ won’t. Looks like they’ll spend another 30 mill on a keeper too to finish it off.
FYI, Wolves could use some depth up front when you need to loan out Tammy for playing time

Messi, staying at Barca, with the most passive aggressive statement of all time. Wants to leave, but by the time the court case would be done, it’d be too late.

I think we'll have a big swing at Rice, but it'll be more ground work for next summer. Tammy is going to be fine for minutes as Werners back up imo.

West Ham just sold another player for funds so I’d say Rice stays put for the time being.
I’m just jealous as we’re getting nowhere fast with our transfers. We’re gonna start the season next week, with less depth than we had which was *!*!*!*! all. Doherty gone, Jonny injured and Traore with Covid.

Yep, as soon as I said that we broke our transfer record. Not sure an 18 year old will be a huge immediate help, although he’s obviously very highly rated. I’m sure we’ll get some signings done, just concerned as we really can’t afford to screw this transfer period up. Last summer wasn’t great Neto aside and we can’t afford to miss on the majority of our signings again.
