Listening to that game last night I'd have to say that was the loudest I've heard an OT crowd for 20 years.
Been critical of the theatre going tourist type at OT for the last 20 years but that last night reminded me of the game after they broke the title drought in 93. Kudos

With the Newcastle win and Sunderland and Southhampton splitting the points, Wigan now must win both games to stay up in the Premier League. Their goal difference will see them relegated if they lose or draw either of the two games.

Huh? Jelavic scored 9 goals in 10 games last season. Cisse had 13 in 14. Dont make up stuff to dismiss someone else.

Jelavic & Cisse both have 5 years more experience than Benteke. Cisse came from the bundesliga which is a far superior league to the Belgium league & both players played in a far better team than what Benteke has.
Benteke is a star & is more comparable to a young Drogba then any of the names you have listed.
How am I making stuff up by saying 19 goals is more than 9 & 13 goals?

Sad stuff as I enjoyed watching Wigan play. Hopefully they can hang onto their better players and their manager.
