 He bowled poorly in the first innings and I wonder if the talk of resting him is just another way of dropping him?

 Inverarity has declared Starc almost certain to miss, I still prefer him as an option to Mitchell Johnson, only way to improve him is by bowling the kid. No doubt he'd be dirty missing a boxing day debut because of some sports scientists calculations.Comment

 So fast bowlers can only manage two tests in a row now? How fragile are they these days? Seems crazy from a far.
 
 Perhaps Scott Muller didn't get dropped, he's just being rested.
