    Maybe, but they started the season very well and were only 3 points off United when Rafa took over.

        I thought they were further back than that. already out of CL too.

                Just looked it up and yep 3 points behind United.
                Very misleading isolating it though as United have only dropped 4 points from their next 16 games and no one is keeping up with that.
                Were going at 2 ppg and with Rafa at about 1.9, so if Chelsea continued at 2 ppg they would still be 15 points behind United.

                    Anyway, back to league matters. Solid from United with Rooney excellent. Norwich were extremely dour and barely had a shot at goal.
                    Big for QPR, gives them a chance with Reading and Wigan losing.

                        RDM may have faired better if he had Ba at his disposal.

                        We did have some luck(as most winners do) in the last two games of our CL run last year and we certainly deserved it after how we had been ripped off in the past. Made it all the sweeter too.

                                                Man U now close to full strength for tonight's match with Webb being recalled. Would have been handy mid week.
