he may have been confused after being sold by Liverpool in the off season.
The first 2 goals are hilarious. The first for Jonjo's miskick and then Sakho's "tackle". The second for Jonjo's (I just love that name in a weird way) comical backpass straight to Sturridge on the penalty spot.Comment

All explained here and well worth the time for anyone who's really interested.
IMO Mata's getting the Joe Cole treatment which is either going to make him an even better player(which is what happened to Cole) or crack the sulks and want to be sold. Has to be remembered to that the guy who has got his spot ATM has been in our best 2 players in every match he's played this season and is kicking some nice goals as well.The curse is dead.Comment

Watched that yesterday and thought it was ridiculous to be honest. How can he adjust to the style without getting game time. And not having him on the bench is just plain crazy.
Should be remembered that Mata himself was your best player for the last 2 seasons and by quite some distance.
Yeah he finally played him in the CL last week. He said he didn't know enough about Kagawa which to me speaks volumes of his ability to handle the task of Man Utd.Comment

I thought he explained everything that he's doing and really put an idiot like Jamie Redknapp back in his box. Made sense to me.
Mata needs to fit into the system and in the games he has got(he's started 2 of 5 and gets another chance to show his stuff mid week) he hasn't done enough to steal his spot back. He needs to adapt his game and I'm sure he will, plus this is going to make him an even better player if he wants it.
I love Mata as much as the next guy, but TBH I'm not to fussed as Oscar hasn't missed a beat as our number 10 and I really like what he brings to the team. He has been great over the last couple of seasons but if we are a better team with Oscar and Hazard starting in front of him so be it. I support the team not the individual.
And it was not like there was any mugs on that bench in front of him too.The curse is dead.Comment

Looking forward to the big game tonight.
I've missed a fair bit of the early part of the season, and only caught two of City's games which have been less than impressive.
