Are we getting ahead of ourselves? We have bowled very well but Clarke, Warner and Haddin have been the ones that kept us competitive with the bat.

I'm concerned that if Johnson doesn't keep backing up with great performances we will vulnerable to a side with plenty to prove.

8 x 50s and 4 x 100s so far in the series is a pretty good return from the batting (taking into account Johnson and Harris have made 50s).

It hasn't been flawless, but the batting group do seem to be playing far more confidently.

Poms might be cooked but at $1.70 and 5 days of hot weather too short for me especially if the poms bat first

I'm worried that if the poms got rolled for 180 in the first innings, the Aussies would drop to around 1.40. I might think about it some more. Thanks for your opinion.

I dont want to turn this into a betting thread but I'll have a few bucks on England heading into Boxing Day, looks the perfect recipe for a hangover and on a pitch that should suit the Poms
