I think the club got it right even if that was the case ., good player but we have a mutitude of his type . Sadly that's why I think Hrovat went.
Too many players the same and the club weighs it up.
In any case I wish the best for both players, at least they found new clubs and weren't given the bum steer by their manager like the poor swans gf player.

We couldn't afford to have both of him and Jong on the list. Each has some good attributes in height, run and hardness, but each has some limitations that can only be carried to a certain extent. Having both in the midfield would make for some really ordinary handballing to people who really don't need to be handballed to!

The judgement looks to be that Jong has more upside. I agree with that.
        TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

I like Stevo, wish him well whenever they're not playing us.

Was it Stevo who handballed the ball into the back of Bob Murphy's head from the opposition goalsquare one day?

Even if he has a good day and gets 35 touches 20 of them will go straight to our blokes so I'm not that stressed.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I'm with you. Koby is ok by me, never questioned his effort when he put on our guernsey. I hope he does well.

Daniel Lloyd to debut for GWS this weekend. Apparently we had him on a scholarship years ago but passed on taking him.

I had to do some digging as I couldn't recall ever seeing him play at VFL level, but we bought the rights to him for $10,000 and he only trained with us during school holidays.

Without ever having seen him play (or ever before I opened that article) he looks like the greatest country footballer of all time.

He was the match-winner last time they played Freo. He was more clutch than Ben Harrison that day

Former Dog Lindsay Gilbee commits to playing with Surrey Park during Eastern Football League season

SURREY Park is hoping the addition of Lindsay Gilbee will propel it into the Eastern Football League top-four for the first time in more than a decade.

Gilbee, 35, made his Panthers debut on Saturday, finishing with seven goals in a 236-point win over Nunawading.

Surrey Park coach Scott Hamill said Gilbee, who played 206 AFL games from 2001 to 2012, had committed to playing seven games for the Panthers when it did not clash with his commitments as Sandringham coach in the VFL.
