            Bad luck for him, terrible news, but some recent examples of young players doing an ACL in year one not slowing them down in year 2 to draw upon

                If someone wanted to trade for him next year he's probably only worth something like pick 17 though, because of the ACL.

                        A mate of mine is a blues supporter and all we seem to do is take it in turns in complaining about new injuries for our respective clubs.

                                        Gold Coast got him for pick 7, Carlton got him for pick 26 and something else and while he played a lot of footy for them last year they'll be disappointed to lose him now.
