        I think he's due regardless of them falling over the line.

                Just checked the GWS stats and whilst there were some good players that the AFL could ensure get the nod over Jake, they've all played too many games prior to 2014 for that to be an issue.

                He should definitely get the nod this week.
                TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

                                    AFL are a joke Jake kicks five but no we must give it to the AFL love child Team GWS and a guy who kicks two goals.

                                        I'm going to email the club on this one, and strongly suggest they need to raise the proverbial eye brow.

                                        That's twice it's happened to Stringer, once with Sydney and now with GWS. There's no coincidence with the teams and players selected, and those that weren't.

                                            Don't forget Stringer was awarded second best on ground by the coaches, where as Patton didn't score a vote.

                                                This decision not to give it Jake means lets not get excited with Bonti winning the Award at the end of the year cause im sure The AFL will look at a Giants Player .

                                                    Screwed again. Oh well, we'll have the last laugh when our no frills team wins the premiership in 3 years time ;-)

                                                    In Patton's defence he did take 9 marks playing in the forward line. I wish we had someone take 9 marks in our forward line.

                                                        To be fair, the decision process, parameters for selection and award itself have always been a joke, so this shouldn't be a surprise.
