    Preseason training

I realise there is a detailed training report section, but for those without access i would love to chat about whats going on with the boys. I will endeavour to make it out for a couple of sessions after xmas.

When are the boys back by the way? And what generally are the best days to go?

    Cheers
    Rob

Hi Danny, maybe contact Gaz if you want access to the training reports but it also might make sense to have 2 threads so I hope this one kicks off.
From a quick check I can see you did have access to the training reports earlier in the year and when the footy season started the posts stopped so perhaps a reset of the privileges happened for you.
It's good that you have bounced back now with a lot of activity and from what I understand we do have a lot of members who leave the site during the footy season and return with vigor over summer.

This is not a criticism of what you have written but just so everyone knows, we happily share a number of quality members with BF and my preference is that we shouldn't criticise other sites particularly ones where our supporters want to engage each other.

I'll move this to the Unleashed channel as it seems to be Bulldog focused.

I'm not sure exactly when the boys are actually back but I'd suggest sometime from 6/1/25.
We've been running a higher level of players through the managed and rehab workloads than we did 12 months back which is a tad concerning but I would imagine things will change more into the positive upon the return
There has been an impact to the match sims as we have been missing Darcy, Naughton and Marra which throws things out of sync a bit.
Gardner has been the main opponent again English. JJ is performing well, Bramble has no strapping and new kids on the block Jaques, Davidson and L.Kennedy are doing quite well.

Thanks Danny Delre , a training section for people waiting for access to the main train pages would be of great advantage , not sure how long or how many posts are required before access is granted, if at all to new members , a section that would keep new members up to date with training reports would be absolutely appreciated , I'm sure I'm talking for all new members when i say thank you Danny Delre for the thought, even if you only attend a few training sessions , because as we all know pre season is a time every western bulldogs supporter is craving any information about our new players and how the established guys are looking .

Thank you GVGjr for the little snippet of the training report , which only totally supports my feeling that any info big or small is so much gratefully accepted .

Naughty, have you read the welcome message that I sent you this morning? It does ask for you to respond and that's where I provide some further details.
If we start the process from there it will help resolve any ambiguity you might have.

So which 2024 draftee do you think will be the 1st to play AFL next season and why?

I am going for either Kennedy or Davidson, probably Kennedy first.

Kennedy relatively fit and developed for his age, and most importantly, apparently is a wonderful kick off either foot.

Davidson is a mature ager who had no problems playing in the ruck in the VFL, not that we would play him there.

                              Thoughts?
The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.
