VDM could have been dropped but with Harmes not available for selection, the only real replacement for him as a small/medium forward would be Dolan. And honestly, as much as I love the upside and the future of Dolan, I don't think it's obvious that he is a better option than Laith right now.
I know he had some really bad moments when he came on as the sub but I don't think the man should be judged for just those moments. On the whole, he's not lit the place on fire but he's done his role well and his season has actually been a career best year.
Unchanged, this close to hopefully finals, is a good, good sign.Comment

As long as VDM hasn’t squeezed his way into the starting team somehow I don’t really care, although I don’t really agree with the theory that if the team is going well you can’t change it. I think we should still be tinkering to get to our best side around the outskirts of the team. Maybe the MC thinks this is it? I don’t really agree but it’s pretty close and no real excuses with the stability we have right now.Comment
