Duryea 2 premierships from 3 GF. over 200 games, he has had an amazing career. Those 1-1 he was able to contest and win in those highlights were amazing. Such a tough and well balanced player, who kept this footing. The Cameron 1-1 was a real highlight for us.

Thank you for all those wonderful momements and wish him all the best in post afl career.

      In Treloar
      Out Sanders
      McNeil to sub
(Dolan or Arty a slight chance to come in as sub)

If Treloar is in does he take Garcias spot (midfield rotations certainly).

I'd be pretty confident that in that case Garcia becomes sub, he's one of the best options we have in that role as he can provide impact, and covers Treloar pretty well if he goes down. Only other subs (from obvious options) I would consider would be Arthur Jones or Oskar Baker. None of the other guys in the mix for that have ever been anyting but poor in the sub role (McNeil, Sanders, Buss lol, Poulter), and Vandermeer fits in the catastrophic category.

I think Croft would get dropped to facilitate this, would be surprised if Sanders goes out.

I should leave it alone but you're not right

            Spot on.
Bevo said Croft was picked on 4 weeks of good form. His form on debut was very good. Looked at home on the big stage. Can't be dropped on form and really, who has played the HFF role better? I'd be surprised if he was dropped and a bit gutted. We've been crying out for a skillful, tenacious, footsure player who doesn't fuzz it under pressure in that role most of the season. Bevo mentioned Croft's slight frame against the Freo backs but he also mentioned there's ways of delivering to him.

Agree Croft stays in , he has to after his preformance , there would be no better way to deflate a guys confidence then to finally , after playing good football for 4 weeks he finally gets his chance , does really well , above all expectations only to be droped the next week , so he stays .
We have to roll the dice , Treloar has to play , we are so much better with him in the side and some may say his underdone , but if he gets through the game with 20 odd classy disposals 300 odd meters gained under his belt , then im sure it goes a long way to getting over the top of Freo , a big if i know but one well worth the gamble in my humble view .
              IN - Treloar .
              OUT - Sanders .
It was a toss up between Sanders or McNeil , but for me we need McNeil's pace and defensive harassment .

                Yup.
Sanders is not quick enough at times and doesn't suit the sub role. McNeil didn't play well against WC and he's not the most consistent form wise. I think Dolan is easily a level of him but needs more development. If McNeil has a niggle I'd be tempted but probably would err on the safe side.
Dolan is going to be a real handful next year if he has a solid preseason. Same with Jacques, Sellwood, Hynes. Walker looks good but a longer term prospect.
I'm excited for this time next year with all the developing talent. Match Committees are going to be harder which is a good thing.

I’m ok with anything as long as it doesn’t involve Vanders coming straight back.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

We are a better team if VDM and Mcniel are not in the team. Just bring in ADS for Mcniel and leave the rest.

With no VFL game this weekend, I doubt he could make finals if we get there

If he's allowed to play in the VFL final next weekend and gets through ok then perhaps they would bring him in for the first final off the back of that.

I would just take the chance this week but perhaps the medicos think the re-injury risk is too high.

I’d rather risk him as sub than have VDM, Sanders or McNeil do it or even play.
