Just a bit. I'm still cautious about potentially bringing him to the club. Yes he ticks a lot of our needs especially with doubts on Talia but I think he was very poor this year and I wonder if he is worth it.

The whole odious situation there makes it really difficult to judge players though .
For mine I think he's well worth our first rounder and there 2nd coming our way

Negotiations surrounding Essendon's Jake Carlisle’s potential move to a new club are set to resume once he returns from an overseas holiday.Since requesting a trade, the 23-year-old defender has been linked to several Clubs including St.Kilda, the Western Bulldogs and Carlton.
“Our understanding is that he has met with two clubs and will be meeting with more clubs when he comes back,” said List and Recruiting Manager, Adrian Dodoro.
“At this stage he hasn’t indicated what he wants to do.

My hope is that us and Carlton being in the game for Carlisle, means St.Kilda get him - for way way over what they should be paying.
And that we miss out.

I think he'd be a decent get, but not at that price .
If he picks Stkilda or Carlton it's clearly a money decision .
