I would like to snare a ruckman for future development - someone like Gach Nyuon?

We definately need a young ruckman but also the more I think of it, a CHF would also be a great acquisition. Not a hybrid ruck/forward type filling in but a genuine marking player in the mould of Cam McCarthy. Would love to get him!

Bailey Rice, Son of Dean has decided to join St.Kilda as a Father Son, overlooking Carlton.

That's gotta help Carlton supporter understand where their club sits in the scheme of things. I bet there was deluded Carlton supporters who thought him ignoring St Kilda was a formality.

From Glenelg, I expect that Matt Allen, (power forward, has been siggestions that he could play as a midfielder, had to choose between cricket and footy) Mason Redman (slick outside player, good size, good skills, plenty of dash) and maybe big Tim Sullivan (ruckman who did his ACL at the start of the year) will be under strong consideration .

Mason Redman went very well at the Combine last week, a birdy tells me that the Dogs have been watching him closely.

I am getting too old, he looks younger than Bailey Dale who already looks 14

Just looked up some youtube highlights, plays very tall for a bloke who's only 187cm. Before checking his height I thought he may have been a genuine centre half forward!

Which way do the % work GVG, for instance, does 76% mean better than 76% or better than 24%?

Good news. I like what I've seen from him, albeit that is a limited amount. He looks like a player that could transition to AFL well and may be around the mark for our second selection.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Sorry, I should have been clearer. It's the rating of those that tested in that particular combine against their peers. In most of the tests, the higher number indicates a better result. 75% means you are in the top 25% bracket of those tested.

Players I like this year include:

                          Mitchell Hibberd
                          Callum Ah Chee
                          Ryan Burton
                          Brayden Fiorini
                          Mitch Brown
                          Michael Hartley
                          Harrison Himmelberg
                          Aidyn Johnson
                          Reuben William

Do you have some favourites to watch out for?

If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

His jumping skills were very good and he is quite the athletic package

                              5mtr 1.04 (84%) 10mtr 1.76 (81%) 20mtr 2.97 (75%)

                              Repeat sprints 25.27 (66%)

He didn't compete in the beep test

He would be a very difficult player to pry away from Brisbane
