Being most of my formative music was Nirvana, Nick Cave, Pumpkins, Chillis etc, most music wasn't upbeat, but I'm in a good mood dispite it. But anything Foo Fighters from the late 90's.

But specifically, Come Said The Boy, Mondo Rock. Or anything that's just plain light or fun from the 80's give or take, my wife's iPhone linked her music to mine a while back so I'm more into the 80's (ESP. Kitch 80's) now than ever... i.e. Do Ya think I'm sexy; because I love the film clip and that he actually liaised with the actress as he did, Daddy Cool by Boney M again awesome clip, some disco tunes are had too not sing or smile to.

Rock Lobster was just on mtv or max or whatever they call it now. I don't advocate drugs, but geez in that clip they look to have used a fair bit. I love the clip too.

River Murray Dreaming by John O'Dea, an indie country songwriter from SA. It's about everything I love about the Murray, and whenever I'm down, I listen to it and promise myself yet another camping trip.

The NIB Ad song. I'm was born in 89 but think this is a great song. I definitely think the 80s and 90s had some of the best music out there.
