I like spy shows. Especially British spy shows.

      Thanks for the tip BAD.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Can't remember if you were one of the people who'd seen The Americans. Obviously a great spy show

Yep. It's one of the few shows that gets young mr Twodogs's attention these days. He's managing Palermo to the la Liga title ATM. It's taking up all his spare time.

Missy ML has been watching Ashes to Ashes. Her favourite character is Gene Hunt's Audi Quattro

Young miss Twodogs asked if we could watch Ashes to Ashes the other day. Great show. It's predecessor Life On Mars was great too.

I'm watching The Wire on my own, but am also watching Suits with the Mrs. Just got into season 2 and it's pretty good light entertainment.

Have you seen the books TD , I picked one up the other day and have read a few excerpts and thought it to be pretty good.

For something a bit lighter than QI and especially if you like Jimmy Carr I enjoyed watching his 'Big Fat Quiz' series, sometimes hit and miss with the guests but over all some good laughs , its 'Spics and Specks' on steroids and all episodes seem to be available to download on Youtube.

Anyone been watching the Walking Dead season 5? It takes a bit to repulse me, I mean I watch a show that has rotting corpses walking around eating people and I love it. The first two episodes had me cringing.

I've binged watched TWD over the last few weeks and am now up to date.

I can't really decide if I like it or not. I know it's a show about the zombie apocalypse, so you've got to swallow a few things, but I'm having a really hard time getting past the inconsistencies the writers use for the sake of plot convenience.

And it really, really bugs me that the characters still do things that are so face palmingly idiotically stupid.

Despite all that, I regard myself as moderately hooked. Darryl is the best character by a mile, because he has had the most intersting arc/development.

I've got three QI related books. Book of the dead and Book of General Ignorance volumes 1 and 2. Cracking books all of them.

There is a new series of Trailer Park Boys. This used to be be my favourite show. But this series doesn't seem as stupid.

Good assessment. It's funny how they tried to give a scientific explanation to the zombies where their brains still worked and used oxygen but now they're magic and can live underwater or without any functional lungs.

Anyone else watching Person of Interest? Just when I thought they might struggle with the story line the new series is actually quite good.
